The level-headed foil to younger brother Him’s chaotic conviviality, Chutchawarn’s mouthpiece is his work: pictures and portraits, o en candids, capturing people, places, and moments at their most poignant. It was their father who turned Chutchawarn onto photography a er gi ing his then 15- year old son with his rst camera. Despite having no formal training, the self-taught photographer was handpicked to take part in Bangkok’s Land of Smiles group exhibitionin 2010. Chutchawarn then moved to New York in 2012, enrolling in a Documentary Photography course at the International Center of Photography. Since then, he has dedicated himself entirely to his cra , continually evolving a visual language that is both moody and moving. In 2013, he held his rst solo exhibition, “ e New York Minute” in Bangkok while simultaneously working in New York, where his works were frequently featured in such publications as SNAX Art Magazine. He has since—and continues to— worked and exhibited extensively in Bangkok, New York, and Paris, and was most recently appointed brand ambassador for Leica ailand in 2016.
