Your favorite makeup experience?
While conducting a promotion in Kuala Lumpur, where customers had makeup and hair done and then a photo taken, a lady watched me applying make-up for hours. At a certain point, I had a 30-minute break and went to her, and I asked if she wanted her makeup done. She was shy and could not believe she could look pretty. She refused at first, but her picture turned out the best of all –she felt pretty and happy and it showed! I will never forget the happiness.
